STEPS TO ADDING OR CHANGING YOUR CURRENT VIDEO:
Go to Content, Image Library, Documents:
After in Documents, upload your file and copy the properties.
After you get the address, go to the content page you are adding or replacing the video on and click the "Video" control. Enter in the appropiate information.
