How to Create A Grid Display Special
* In order to have a Grid Display Special, you must:
a. Have you inventory sent to us. If you would like your 3rd party (If you don't have a Reynolds CRM) to send us your data and photos, please email or call.
b. Have the control added to the page. Please call or email us if you do not see the control on the page you want to create the Grid Special on.

Instructions:
1. In WMX- go to "Specials"
2. Click on "Specials" (again)
3. Depending on the page you want to create the special on, click the blue arrow next to the page. NOTE: do not be alarmed if the "Type" does not match the page content, this is a control name and does not reflect the content on the page necessarily.
3. Click "Add Grid Display Special" at the top of the page
4. Enter the Name, Start Date, End date
5. Select either "Preowned Inventory Page Link" or New Inventory Page Link" and associate to the proper lot for the Grid Special you are making. (This is important for when your customer clicks on the vehicle, it will go to the details page of that vehicle)
6. Click Save
7. Your inventory Information should display after you click save.
8. You can look for the vehicles you want to add to the Grid by searching any of the criteria of the vehicle, such as: Year, Make, Model, by Stock Number, etc...
9. After choosing the criteria you vehicle/vehicles will appear. To add a vehicle to the special click "Select"
10. The vehicle will be preview at the bottom of your screen.
11. To change the price of the vehicle, click "Set Price" then "Update"
NOTE: The vehicles appear in rows of 3 on the site. The Grid looks best if there are 3,6, or 9 vehicles. Create as many specials as you like. You can Rank the special if you have more then one. When the vehicle is sold, A "Sold" sign will show on the vehicle but not be removed. Unless you uncheck the "Deactivate when all vehicles are sold" then the special will stay up until the end date.
